Cooking methods
Upon receipt, place your Tout Cuit package either in the freezer or in the refrigerator. If you place them in the refrigerator, consume within 5 days to maintain the freshness and quality of the products.
Cooking temperature :
Regardless of the cooking option used, it is important to ensure that the dish reaches an internal cooking temperature (at the core) of 165°F (74°C).
Fast cooking options :
Microwave
Thaw your product for a day in the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, then cook it in the microwave from 3 to 5 minutes. (the cooking time may vary depending on the power of your microwave).
If your Tout Cuit meal is frozen, remove the plastic film and place it in the microwave on DEFROST for 3 to 5 minutes, then finish cooking normally for 3 minutes.
Oven
Defrost your product in the refrigerator for a day, remove the lid and plastic film, then bake it in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes on a baking sheet.

N.B. When you receive your products at work and you do not have a freezer on site, our dishes can be kept up to 48 hours after the dispatch of our offices and / or 24 hours at the reception of the parcel.
